Squish is predominately operated from a small studio in Brooklyn, New York, where we hand inspect each and every product & shipment before sending.
We want your experience with Squish to be a great one, but sometimes, no matter how hard we try, things fall out of our control.
We believe that you should receive the best customer service and products you are proud to own - therefore, we will do our utmost to make your shopping experience with us a memorable one!
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our cosmetic items (including unopened goods). However, if you experience a problem with any of your products, simply drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and your order number and we will happily replace your product for free!
If you have purchased from one of our retail partners we would love to hear about your experience, but please see their specific policy page for returns and exchanges.
Orders are shipped next working day unless otherwise noted on our website. Squish is currently shipped from the US and the UK, depending on where your order is placed and where it is being shipped to.
The order of any Squish Kit or order of single items includes one of our branded Squish biodegradable bags (excluding a single purchase of a Smoosh Moisturizer).
Multiple item orders may include more than one Squish bag at the packer’s discretion, but we do try to be conservative so as to not be wasteful.
Orders of multiple kits will include the equivalent number of bags.
If you are ordering multiple items and need a bag per item for gifting purposes, let us know at the time of order by emailing email@example.com - we will be happy to help you out!
We do our best to keep our branded colorful Squish shipping boxes in stock and the majority of orders will include one, but this cannot be guaranteed and is based on available inventory. The collections of products as generally depicted on site are guaranteed. Single jars of Smoosh will be shipped in an unmarked box for added discretion and protection in transit.
covid-19 orders and delays
As of March 2020 and until further notice, Covid-19 delays across borders are unfortunately a reality and out of our control. Although we find items tend to arrive much sooner, please adhere to these suggested guidelines before assuming your order is lost:
USA: please allow up to 12 business days in transit. (No additional taxes or fees)
Canada: Please allow up to 18 business days in transit (we do not pay local taxes or customs fees)
UK: Please allow up to 14 business days in transit (VAT collected at point of sale per new and ever changing Brexit Laws)
EU countries: Please allow up to 18 business days in transit (please check your country's local importation duty rates)
AUS: Please allow up to 26 business days in transit. (We do not pay local taxes or customs fees)NYS customers, income tax will be applied at checkout as is our legal obligation to collect.
